This year marks the 20th anniversary of “Downtown Summer Evening,” an event that extends the museum hours so our guests immerse themselves in summer evening activities.
At Shitamachi-naka Street in the East Zone, the shops within the illuminated reconstructed buildings and lantern-adorned promenade evoke the festive atmosphere of summer.
If you want to relax, spend time in the traditional Japanese houses of the West Zone and enjoy the cool evening breeze.
